Fishing Charter Policy

1. Booking and Payment

• Reservations are required and can be made by phone, email, or online.
• A deposit (e.g., 50% of the total cost) is required at the time of booking to secure your spot.

2. Cancellation Policy

• Recommended items: sunscreen, hat, sunglasses, snacks, drinks, and appropriate clothing (e.g., rain gear, non-slip shoes). No glass bottles. 
• Coolers are allowed for personal items but may be limited in size—please check in advance.

4. Safety and Conduct

• All passengers must follow the captain’s instructions at all times for safety and compliance with local regulations.
• Life jackets will be provided and must be worn when directed by the crew.

5. Fishing Details
